Lexi Pearthree serves as the Senior Operations & Real Estate Manager for CapGrow Partners. She is responsible for the day-to-day management and execution of all partner-related needs and services and helps with the operational needs of CapGrow. Lexi earned her Bachelors of Science in Business Supervision & Management from Florida State College of Jacksonville. When she is not at work, Lexi loves to travel, cook, and is an avid reader.
