Matt Pettinelli is a co-founder and President/CEO of CapGrow Partners LLC. It was Mr. Pettinelli’s summer experience as an intern at People Serve Inc. (the parent company of VOCA Corporation, which his father, Vince Pettinelli, founded in 1979) that planted the seed for the creation of CapGrow Partners. Through his father's guidance and leadership, Mr. Pettinelli has been allowed to carry on the family tradition of providing exceptional service and quality to consumers of human services.
Mr. Pettinelli earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from the College of Wooster and both a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and a Master of Science in Integrated Marketing Communications from Loyola University Chicago's Graduate School of Business. Mr. Pettinelli is a member of the national business honor’s society Beta Gamma Sigma. |

Phil Barrett is a co-founder and Executive Vice President of CapGrow Partners LLC. Mr. Barrett practices in the areas of business and real estate law. His practice involves the representation of a wide range of businesses which include healthcare and real estate construction, development and management.
Mr. Barrett has extensive experience in real estate acquisition, development, construction, management and financing, regularly representing both developers and lenders. He also regularly represents both landlords and tenants in commercial lease transactions. Mr. Barrett has provided counsel to both for-profit and not-for-profit organizations in the areas of governance, board-management responsibility and operational policy.
Mr. Barrett graduated from The Ohio State University from which he received degrees of Bachelor of Science in Finance and Juris Doctor. He is a member of both the Business Law and Real Property Law Sections of the American Bar Association and the Ohio State Bar Association, and is a fellow of The Columbus Bar Foundation. |

Ray Anderson brings more than thirty-five years of experience in healthcare executive level management to the CapGrow Partners team. He has served in key positions in the public sector. Specifically, Mr. Anderson served as Commissioner for Mental Retardation, Superintendent of a State Developmental Center and also served as Director of a County Board of Mental Retardation and Developmental Disabilities for the state of Ohio.
Mr. Anderson has held the positions of Vice President and Chief Operations Officer for major providers in the private sector. He has served in several Board positions at the national and state levels with ANCOR, AAMR, OPRA, The ARC and others. Mr. Anderson has participated in developing and testifying on legislation at the state and federal levels, most notably at the inception of the Title 18 and 19 programs. He also continues to be involved in the issues affecting the services and programs for citizens with disabilities.
Mr. Anderson holds Master and Bachelor degrees from Bowling Green University and has pursued doctoral studies at New York University. |
