The Situation:
Wrightwood Homes has approached CapGrow Partners regarding the need for an already existing home to be purchased. Wrightwood Homes does not have a particular home in mind, but knows the area of town where they would like the home to be located. Also, Wrightwood Homes would like for the CGP team to be responsible for tending to a portion of the home's maintenance and repair responsibilities.
 
The Process:
  Wrightwood Homes and the CGP team review the current available budget for leasing and come to a working agreement on the requested lease terms and conditions (including the home maintenance and repair program)
     
  Using both independent search methods and the assistance of local real estate agents, the CGP team seeks out the most appropriate housing options
     
  Based on the information provided earlier, CGP presents Wrightwood Homes with a select list of potential homes
     
  CGP works with Wrightwood Homes to further narrow down the list of homes and has the top prospect(s) inspected and appraised
     
  Wrightwood Homes and CGP finalize the terms and conditions of the lease, and CGP makes an offer to purchase the home
     
  CGP tends to all of the purchasing and closing activities
     
  Wrightwood Homes is handed over the keys to their new home
     
 
Typical Time Frame (Date of Initial Contact to Moving In):
  30 - 60 days
